Disclaimer: If we discuss your administrative expectations and your project or needs require more time or effort than the package you chose, I will be very upfront about what I can fulfill and in what amount of time. It may involve you purchasing more time, or moving on to another service. Either way, it is essential that we both go into our partnership with full awareness and understanding of each other.

Consultation

If the consultation lasts for 30 minutes or less, it is free.

There is no obligation to continue services after this meeting, as it is also a chance to determine if I am a good fit for your needs.

Retainer Package

Starts at 10 hours per month, and you can select up to 4 per month.

Best choice for anyone who needs a little bit of everything done, every month.

Works essentially the same way that a traditional admin arrangement would — there is a certain number of hours I work per month, you pay per hour, and I work on whatever tasks you want in that time.

Basic Project Package

Smaller projects that do NOT involve video editing.

Examples: adding pages to a website, organizing an email inbox, writing an operations manual, or setting up a website.

$150 is for the full project.

Paid in two parts: half upfront as a deposit, and the other half after the project is completed.

Larger projects that take additional time, effort, and client involvement in the end result.

Examples: video or photo editing, voiceover or audio work, receipt creation, and social media management.

Must be used within 6 months of purchase.

A mix between project- and retainer-based, because you buy a certain number of hours and can use them however you would like, over a longer amount of time than just one month.

Even though this is the same price as the Retainer Package, it offers additional flexibility and less pressure to use all the hours in a short time.
